Investigate Your Date (IYD) accesses public records such as real estate deeds, lawsuit filings, liens, professional licensing records, corporate records, UCC filings, bankruptcy records, and other information filed by individuals and businesses with Federal, state and local government agencies. Other information sources include publicly-available data complied by third parties from published telephone and business directories, warranty card registrations, direct marketing mailing lists, mortgage applications, sweepstakes, magazine subscriptions and other sources such as Secretaries of State and ABI.

These compilations of recorded data are current only as of the time of collection and therefore may not be current as to the status of an individual, business or any particular proceeding. Criminal and civil records searches only cover a seven year historical period. Some of the public records may contain typographical errors which may cause false matching or misleading findings. Further, our information sources may not contain all of the pertinent names which appear in the public records from which they were obtained. However, IYD does represent that its information sources accurately contains a high percentage of the public records being searched.

Any appearance in our reports of a proceeding against or record of the same name or a similar name to the one being searched does not mean the proceeding or record relates to the same person whose name you are searching. IYD disclaims any and all warranties, including any warranty as to completeness, accuracy or adequacy of its reports for any particular use or purpose.

By ordering a report, you specfically agree to use this information only for the purposes of evaluating a potential romantic partner and will not use the information to clearly cause emotional or physical harm to a reasonable person who is a subject of the inquiry.
